Description:
Are you a strong negotiator with the ability to practice law in NYS? If so, Our client is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Attending administrative hearings.
- Conduct legal research.
- Handle the depositions that are performed via telephone.
- Draft appeals and other documents.
- Provide support to all practice areas.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Must have efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Admission to practice law in New York State is required.
- Prior experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and research skills.
- Ability to provide legal advice and represent clients in hearings.
