Our client is currently seeking to hire an experienced, energetic, and driven Technical Recruiter to assist the technical department in their hiring solutions. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for creating and maintaining a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- The recruitment of both active and passive candidates for a variety of engineering and technology roles.
- Building relationships with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their positions and requirements.
- Reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Management of the candidate experience throughout the entirety of the recruitment process.
- Administration of technical and/or aptitude testing.
- Attend networking events as a company representative.
- Staying informed of and up to date with technical and engineering industry trends, technologies, and standards. This may include additional technical training on an as needed basis.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working within a technical recruiting role.
- Must have a strong understanding of and be well versed regarding the technology and engineering industries.
- Previous experience working and excelling in a fast paced, high energy setting.
- Must have proven success making passive candidate hires.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
