Our client is currently seeking a NYS Property & Casualty Licensed – Personal Lines Associate. This is a contract to hire personal lines associate position located in the Albany, New York area. The representative will be responsible for servicing existing client’s insurance needs and quoting new business for assigned Producers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to inquiries from Agency insured’s, prospects and Producers.
  • Processing of applications and renewals.
  • Processing and forwarding of claim inquirers to to the designated carrier.

Qualifications:

  • NYS Property & Casualty License with a minimum of 2 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience (in an independent agency environment).
  • Computer savvy, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite.

This administrative assistant role is a contract to hire position starting off around 20-25 hours per week with the opportunity for full-time employment. Our client is currently seeking a Client Relations Representative in Latham, NY. This is a temp-to-perm client relations role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving problems initiated by clients mainly in regards to plan coverage, benefits, or billing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally answering all incoming telephone calls to identify and respond to questions and problems presented by insured clients.
  • Provide accurate information to insured clients according to company policies, researching when necessary, and verification of coverage, payments, etc.
  • Reporting customer feedback issues to supervisor (service errors/problems).
  • Ensuring necessary written material (coverage and/or benefits information) are mailed to the clients.
  • Log maintenance and production-related reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance background/knowledge required.
  • Associates Degree required.

Inventor / Mechanical Designer

Our client is seeking an Inventor/Mechanical Designer. This is a full-time, long-term contract position, and is located in Albany, NY. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities include creating assigned project customer and manufacturing drawings with Bills of Materials using CAD systems, creation of scale layouts, and vendor contact. The Inventor Designer will take a design concept and turn it into real parts for packaging including structural bases and mounting motors.

Qualifications include:
