Our client is currently seeking to employ an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director with their day-to-day responsibilities. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative and clerical functions (general office duties) to support the Managing Director, these can consist of answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls, greeting visitors, filing, note taking, etc.
  • Tracking expenses and budgeting.
  • Setup and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic).
  • Assist the hiring manager with the setup of new and termed employees.
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements (all aspects of travel) and maintaining calendars.
  • Greet and accommodate visitor needs, resolve inquiries, and direct to the appropriate people as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of experience are required for this position.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Personal Lines Associate (NYS Property & Casualty License)

Our client is currently seeking a NYS Property & Casualty Licensed – Personal Lines Associate. This is a contract to hire personal lines associate position. The representative will be responsible for servicing existing client’s insurance needs and quoting new business for assigned Producers.

Our client is currently seeking a Client Relations Representative. This is a temp-to-perm client relations role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving problems initiated by clients mainly in regards to plan coverage, benefits, or billing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally answering all incoming telephone calls to identify and respond to questions and problems presented by insured clients.
  • Provide accurate information to insured clients according to company policies, researching when necessary, and verification of coverage, payments, etc.
  • Reporting customer feedback issues to supervisor (service errors/problems).
  • Ensuring necessary written material (coverage and/or benefits information) are mailed to the clients.
  • Log maintenance and production-related reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance background/knowledge required.
  • Associates Degree required.
  • The ability to use the following software/systems is required: JMMAX, LuminX, TeleMagic, CIS, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
