Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Albany, NY. This administrative assistant role is a contract to hire position starting off around 20-25 hours per week with the opportunity for full-time employment. The Administrative Assistant will have the primary responsibility of assistance with data entry.

Requirements include:

  • Heavy data entry for the first 2 months. Using Microsoft Word and Excel for most data entry.
  • Conducting internet based research.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
  • Must be proficient using a computer. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Chrome.
  • Familiarity with digital sketching programs.

Client Relations Representative

Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Client Relations Representative in Latham, NY. This is a temp-to-perm client relations role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving problems initiated by clients mainly in regards to plan coverage, benefits, or billing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally answering all incoming telephone calls to identify and respond to questions and problems presented by insured clients.
  • Provide accurate information to insured clients according to company policies, researching when necessary, and verification of coverage, payments, etc.
  • Reporting customer feedback issues to supervisor (service errors/problems).
  • Ensuring necessary written material (coverage and/or benefits information) are mailed to the clients.
  • Log maintenance and production-related reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong computer skills and customer service experience; will be handing all inbound phone calls regarding Life Accident and Health products.
  • Insurance background/knowledge required.
  • Associates Degree required.
  • The ability to use the following software/systems is required: JMMAX, LuminX, TeleMagic, CIS, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.

Inventor / Mechanical Designer

Description:

Our client is seeking an Inventor/Mechanical Designer. This is a full-time, long-term contract position, and is located in Albany, NY. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities include creating assigned project customer and manufacturing drawings with Bills of Materials using CAD systems, creation of scale layouts, and vendor contact. The Inventor Designer will take a design concept and turn it into real parts for packaging including structural bases and mounting motors.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design specifically with regard to materials, tolerances, and systems schematics for designing piping structures
  • Expertise in use of AutoCAD Inventor
  • Ability to conceptualize the big picture
