Location: Albany, NY
Our client is currently seeking a Data Entry Operator to assist in the data entry process of their manual entry claims. This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity.
- Pull up inquiries and review claim images for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and update claims data accurately and efficiently into the company’s tracking database.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Previous claims and/or data entry experience is required.
- Strong claims based knowledge.
- Strong data entry and processing skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must have the ability to work together in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
