Our client is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Jewelry industry. The Inside Sales Representative will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calls and email communications.
- Achieve sales goals through development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer accounts.
- Update database with prospects/customers contact information.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for upsells.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a relevant field is required.
- 2+ years in B2B sales or a sales support role required.
- Must be results driven, persistent, and organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
