Responsibilities Include:
- Work with clients on various matters.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents as needed.
- Support representing clients regarding legal matters and understanding laws and regulations related to their specific situation.
- Work collaboratively in a small team environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York state is required.
- 2+ years of general litigation experience is required.
- Prior experience in construction matters is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to comprehend complex matters and identify applicable laws.
