Our client is currently seeking an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office is running efficiently by implementing effecting procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Create and monitor policies and procedures within the office and ensure they are being followed.
- Carry out analysis of office reports to determine areas for improvement and advise management.
- Ensure the employees are working in a safe and secure office environment.
- Oversee all calendar maintenance and scheduling with employees.
- Update the company website and social media accounts.
- Organize and oversee all office files and systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Experience working in an office administrative position is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
