Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support Representative. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting back end website problems and software issues over the phone with customers. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.
- Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding technical issues.
- Provide assistance to all customers on their questions regarding company software, applications, and platforms.
- Pinpoint technical issues and provide suggestions and recommendations to remedy the issue.
- Keep track of all client accounts and log their technical issues for reference.
- Ensure all private and confidential client information is protected.
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field is preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is required.
- Strong communication skills are required to interface with clients over the phone.
- Must have experience with EDI.
