Our client is currently seeking a Telecommunications Account Executive. This is a full-time, permanent position located in the Albany area.
Responsibilities include meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals, providing solutions and incentives for customers, assisting customer service with client technical and billing issues, new business development, and retaining customer base by contract renewal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in outside sales
- Knowledge of telecommunications, voice and data networks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
