Our client is currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will handle accounts payable and assists management. This is a full-time, contract position.
- Review and handle all checks and invoices for proper GL coding.
- Validate and scan documents.
- Research questions and answers in the database to ensure accurate data and information.
- Ability to resolve issues when necessary.
- 2 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency with Excel is required, as well as experience with pivot tables and V-Lookups.
- Must have an understanding of Accounting/Finance.
- Time management and organization skills are a must.
- Minimum of High school Education is required.
