Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Our client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Service Administrator who will enter invoices in the database and assist in managing calls. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Receive and route invoices for approval.
- Process all Accounts Payable Invoices.
- Manage tax-exempt certifications.
- Coordinate with Service Manager to set-up Service Maintenance Agreements.
- Handle follow-ups with Sales Leads when needed.
- An Associate’s degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of related experience is required.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
