Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, and overseeing various clerical tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked, and reorder when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to schedule meetings and maintain the calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary.
- Take charge of filing, faxing, copying, and scanning.
- Associate’s Degree is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
