Location: Latham, NY
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Professional who will perform basic reception duties and assist with departments overflow work when needed. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position.
- Handle multiple line phone system.
- Greet guests when necessary.
- Assist with sorting/distributing/packaging/sending mail.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of simple systems.
- Maintain conference room and kitchen areas.
- Reliable and have an understanding of confidentiality/sensitive company matters.
- Minimum of one-year office experience is required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accounting background is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
