Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant. The Administrative Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the sales team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Provide administrative support to Product Managers.
- Oversee the verification of sales contracts and contract packets and ensure they follow company standards.
- Communicate with Product Managers to move the contract process forward.
- Ensure pricing is accurate on all sales contracts.
- Maintain sales supplies.
- Track all appointments and verify that times are accurate.
- Associates Degree is required.
- 1 year(s) of previous administrative experience is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
