Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for a book of business, including renewals and additional coverage. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Assist the client in identifying their insurance needs.
- Work interdepartmentally to provide quotes.
- Analyze other insurance offerings and compare.
- Update a data base with all information.
- Prepare all necessary documents for clients including cancellations, certificates, and endorsements.
- Act as point of contact for any questions the customer service staff may have.
- 3+ years of experience working in commercial insurance is required.
- CISR certification is preferred.
- Property and Casualty License is required.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
