Location: Albany, NY
Our client is currently seeking an Insurance Marketing Specialist. The Insurance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and managing new accounts. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Quote all new and renewing accounts.
- Stay aware of all pricing and eligibility determinations.
- Work with underwriters to issue policies in a timely fashion.
- Develop a database containing all client information.
- Work with carriers to prepare binders and hand them off for the client presentation.
- Provide guidance to new clients, and prepare their documentation.
- Take care of any invoicing for new business.
- 2 years of experience in commercial insurance is required.
- NYS Broker license is required within the first year of employment.
- CISR certification is preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
