Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries which may require follow-up or escalation.
- Provide support by responding to service request tickets from internal and external customers.
- Participate in training to stay up to date with industry changes.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be a team player self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Great customer service skills (both internal and external).
