Our client is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service to achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, long-term contract.
- Respond to message board postings and take call center calls
- Act as first line response for customer service related inquiries
- Maintain adequate records/documentation for auditing and control purposes
- Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- Communicate with Project Management, ensuring understanding of project goals
- Provide suggestions and resolutions for improvements and problems when encountered
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting.
