Our client is currently seeking an IT Services Manager. The IT Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth daily workflow, and ensuring all business objectives are met. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Develop and implement new sustainable processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Review the status of all ongoing tickets and projects.
- Oversee meetings to check in with the team and determine the needs of customers.
- Track the performance of team members, and recognize those that go above and beyond.
- Understand all business agreements, and how they translate into business objectives.
- Work continually to drive profitability, and satisfy customers.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained, and continue to be challenged and grow.
- Assist with the billing of all projects at month end.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Management, or another relevant field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in IT/customer service management is needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Must have previous experience in IT services sales and pricing.
- Knowledge of IT best practices and strategic management.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
