Our client is currently seeking a Change Management and Communications Specialist who will assist with projects and change management plans. This is a full-time, long term contract position.
- Assist with communications activities regarding extensive transformation projects.
- Collaborate with project and client staff and stakeholders to develop a successful change management plan.
- Handle documentation, reports, and transition plans.
- Support the training team as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Must have 3+ years of related experience.
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification is required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Human services/government agency experience is preferred.
