Our client is currently seeking a Change Management and Communications Specialist who will assist with projects and change management plans. This is a full-time, long term contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with communications activities regarding extensive transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with project and client staff and stakeholders to develop a successful change management plan.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and transition plans.
  • Support the training team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Must have 3+ years of related experience.
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification is required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Human services/government agency experience is preferred.
