Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager in Buffalo, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of various projects at a time.
• Oversee numerous teams within a project lifecycle.
• Maintain consistent client communications, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors and ensure they work within established regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for general technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project management, MEP systems construction, and general building construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead various teams effectively.
• General understanding of Hospital or Medical Facility Projects is preferred.
• It is preferred that a candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction related fields.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
