Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director Mortgage Loan Origination to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily sales, prioritize urgent maintenance issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Preparation of thorough management reports.
• Ensure the branch is utilizing opportunities to advertise products and services.
• Identification of trends and opportunities via analyzation of sales/ financial data.
• Follow all relevant policies and regulations.
• Oversight of employee attendance.
• Look for opportunities for reduction of expenses and increases in revenue.
• Remain knowledgeable of the market.

Qualifications:

• An associate or bachelor’s degree or 3 to 4 years related experience.
• Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
