Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Client Services to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to client services team members, applying industry best practices in client relationship management.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Assess individual and team performance, delivering constructive feedback and implementing tailored development plans.
• Manage all external client communications, including service announcements, pricing changes, and updates on relevant industry developments.
• Design, implement, and refine departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and strategic transition to account management.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong creative thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
