Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Finance and Administration to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Oversight of annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure employee handbook is up to date.
  • Oversee performance reviews.
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll & benefits.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • Experience managing employee benefits and payroll.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Hours & Benefits:

  • M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
