Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Finance and Administration to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintenance of the general ledger.
- Oversight of annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure employee handbook is up to date.
- Oversee performance reviews.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll & benefits.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Experience managing employee benefits and payroll.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Hours & Benefits:
- M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
