Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join their team.  This is a Full Time/Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversight of a nursing practice, from hiring to evaluation.
• Direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Ensure supported individuals are treated with upmost quality.
• Submission of payroll.
• Ensure nursing practice operates within relevant regulations and procedures.
• Oversight of policy/ regulation revisions.
• Coordination with HR.

Qualifications:

• Degree from accredited nursing school.
• Must currently be a Registered Professional Nurse.
• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare under professional nurse supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.
