Our client is currently seeking a Director of Sales to supervise the sales team ensuring goals are met. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve long-term goals while also assisting the team with maintaining client relationships.
  • Initiate new leads, negotiate and close prospective deals.
  • Track and monitor sales effectiveness and ensure distributor partners’ inventory is current.
  • Collaborate with various supervisors to target and recruit new distributors.
  • Develop and supervise department meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales role including a leadership position.
  • Posses a desire to maintain and grow customer relationships and can easily adapt to incorporate best practices.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
