Our client is currently seeking a Disability Review Specialist who will be responsible for interacting with customers regarding their disability policy. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding their disability policy.
- Discuss upgrades with existing customers over the phone.
- Identify and resolve issues when needed.
- Develop and analyze reports of performance and goals for management review.
- Identify and propose opportunities to increase sales.
- Contact customers regarding transactions.
- Current NYS Life, Accident, & Health License is required.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Must have 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
