Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Health Services Director to join their team.  This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide leadership and act as the senior health authority for the organization.
• Ensure the organization operates in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Oversight of scheduling and staffing.
• Policy review and development.
• Conduct health/medication audits.
• Maintenance of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and must be an RN.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM
• In-Person
• PTO
• Health, Dental, & Vision
• 401K
