Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coach executive leaders on healthy leadership practices.
• Review of staff performance.
• Oversee succession planning.
• Management of employee relations and acts as a trusted point of contact throughout the company.
• Oversight of general workforce planning.
• Annual company performance and process review.
• General support of growth, operational priorities, and restructuring.
• Make informed decisions supported by data and analytics.
• Improvement of current human resource initiatives.
• Development and implementation of new Human Resource initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous experience with business partnering.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Paylocity or a similar platform.
• Advanced understanding of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet numerous deadlines.
• Ability to travel 20%.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
