Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of the full HR administration.
• Act as the HR point of contact for the company.
• Plan and execute HR strategies in conjunction with company executives.
• Ensure company policy is clearly defined.
• Ensure a positive, growth-oriented culture, with an emphasis on company values.
• Ensure job descriptions and responsibilities are thoroughly outlined.
• Oversee the full onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Plan and execute the company compensation program, benefits, and incentives.
• Monitoring of PTO.
• The identification of growth/ learning opportunities for employees.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve employee situations/ conflicts.
• Oversee the development of company events.
• Ensure the company operates within compliance of all laws, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of changing employment regulations, laws, and codes.
• Utilize the Human Resources Database.
• Ensure the employee handbook is updated and readily available.
• Oversight of the entire hiring process.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is required.
• Human Resources certification a preferred.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience is required.
• Experience in the development of HR policies.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work well with a team.
