Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Management of the full HR administration.
- Act as the HR point of contact for the company.
- Plan and execute HR strategies in conjunction with company executives.
- Ensure company policy is clearly defined.
- Ensure a positive, growth-oriented culture, with an emphasis on company values.
- Ensure job descriptions and responsibilities are thoroughly outlined.
- Oversee the full onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Plan and execute the company compensation program, benefits, and incentives.
- Monitoring of PTO.
- The identification of growth/ learning opportunities for employees.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve employee situations/ conflicts.
- Oversee the development of company events.
- Ensure the company operates within compliance of all laws, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of changing employment regulations, laws, and codes.
- Utilize the Human Resources Database.
- Ensure the employee handbook is updated and readily available.
- Oversight of the entire hiring process.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is required.
- Human Resources certification a preferred.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience is required.
- Experience in the development of HR policies.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work well with a team.
