Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting and hiring of employees.
• Communication of benefit packages.
• Assist with employee development.
• Assist the HR director with the execution of the company’s HR strategy.
• Lead initiatives to boost employee morale.
• Address manager and employee concerns in a considerate and effective manner.
• Ensure the organization works in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Management of unemployment insurance claims.
• Assist with workers’ compensation/ disability management.
• Assist with disciplinary action as required.
• Maintain documentation of disciplinary actions.
• Extend feedback regarding employee progress.
• Oversight of HR systems and software.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of human resource experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required.
• Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Must understand employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced experience with HRIS systems and reporting.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• It is preferred that a candidate has PHR or SPHR certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
