Description:
Our client is currently seeking an LCSW Clinic Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide a comprehensive assessment of client needs and develop a treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of clinical therapists.
• Perform therapy and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Perform staff trainings and supervision to enhance clinical performance.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to ensure program growth.
• Ensure organizational policies and procedures are met.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in social work is required.
• Must have LCSW licensure in the State of New York.
• 5+ years of clinical experience is required.
• Mut have 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with EHR systems.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have effective leadership skills.
• Experience with management of clinical documentation.
