Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Framing Foreman to oversee residential framing operations from layout through structural completion. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep framing expertise, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and supervise framing crews on residential construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and job progress
• Ensure framing work meets structural, code, and quality standards
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics
• Maintain jobsite safety, enforce OSHA standards, and promote best practices
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to improve performance and skill development
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges, delays, or material issues
• Track labor hours, productivity, and report progress to management
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential framing experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes and framing best practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
• Ability to read blueprints, perform layout, and manage complex framing tasks
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with custom home building is a plus

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
