Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Manager of Administrative Services to join their team.  This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • General oversight of the administrative staff.
  • Manage executive and board calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute confidential board materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, and staff.
  • Coordinate and manage team operations.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives, board members, and committees.
  • Hiring and training of staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Previous board or nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of board governance practices, meeting coordination, and recordkeeping standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the Google workspace.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.

Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
