Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Member Relations Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and provide knowledge, support, and helpful service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with members through responding to requests and providing additional information.
• Maintaining member records in the database software system.
• Works with other departments to achieve membership engagement, recruitment, and retention goals.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Previous sales experience in a membership-driven environment.
• Ability to travel up to 1 day a week.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Experience with public speaking preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
