Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Office Clerk to join their team.  This is a part-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receives, handles, logs, sorts and distributes all incoming mail.
  • Collects, sorts, applies appropriate postage and sends all outgoing mail.
  • Operates postage meter to stamp out-going mail according to class of mail and current rates
  • Prepare packages for shipment by parcel service or other commercial delivery service.
  • Prepares and maintains daily activity reports.
  • Process, receive, store and fill supply orders.
  • Copy and scan documents and notify supervisor of necessity of repairs to machines.
  • May assist with main reception desk coverage including answering a multi-line telephone and greeting visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience is required.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
