Our client is currently seeking a Policy Review Specialist who will be responsible for retaining policyholders and improving overall customer retention. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.
- Contact customers regarding upcoming policy renewals and re-quotes.
- Analyze customer’s current insurance coverage and suggest additions and changes to grow existing customer base.
- Cross-sell additional products when applicable.
- Accurately calculate quotes and write insurance applications.
- Provide input to management to help identify opportunities to improve retention.
- Assist with weekly timecards.
- An Associate’s degree is required.
- Property and Casualty License is required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience; preferably in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance administration software is preferred.
