Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the negotiation and the execution of contract documents and purchase orders in association with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Responsible for the handling and processing of change orders.
• Responsible for the planning and completion of all construction stages.
• Manage the project’s profit margins and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for the timely submission of drawings and subcontractor drawings.
• Responsible for the preparation and coordination of hardware schedules.
• Responsible for submittals and project templates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, in Engineering, or construction management, preferred.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, estimating, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Mathematical/quantitative capabilities.
• Able to perform physically demanding acts such as the lifting, carrying, pulling, and bending of objects. (Objects range up to 40 pounds.)
