Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain relationship with clients and strategic partners.
• Generation of new leads.
• Ensure sales team achieve sales targets.
• Research and identification of market trends and business opportunities.
• Hiring and training of employees as required.
• Oversight of sales strategies for company products and services.
• Oversee forecasts, performance metrics, and reports.
• Promotion of the company at events.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales management.
• Understands the B2B sales processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with installation and fabrication is preferable.
• Experience with the construction, printing, or advertising industries is preferable.
• Proficient with customer relationship management.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
