We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Our client’s work spans historic restorations, residential builds, commercial, industrial, and retail developments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring that safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction targets are achieved.
• Administer and manage all aspects of the project contract, including terms, scope, conditions, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in and review pre-construction estimates, proposals, and bid strategies.
• Monitor project performance using cost reports and forecasting tools to ensure financial targets are met.
• Facilitate smooth project transitions from estimating to field operations through kickoff meetings and comprehensive project reviews.
• Maintain strong working relationships and communication with field personnel, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with mixed-use, commercial, high-end residential, or historical restoration projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities with attention to detail.
