Description:
Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Site Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and evaluate work and materials to uphold high quality control standards.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify that work aligns with contractual specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols on all project sites.
• Support the Project Manager in facilitating effective coordination between facility operations and trade professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a construction superintendent is required.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are required.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
