Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and community partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews, both virtually and in person.
• Partner with hiring managers on interview guides, schedules, and evaluation processes.
• Lead new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage ATS systems and generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Partner with HR to improve recruitment processes and stay current on best practices, employment trends, and technology through professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Experience recruiting non-clinical positions within a healthcare system or facility.
• Willingness and ability to travel to represent the company (approximately 5% of time).
• SHRM, PHR, or other HR certifications preferred.
