Description: Our client is currently seeking a Trade Show Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

· Research and identify trade shows and exhibitions aligned with business goals

· Develop and maintain an annual trade show calendar with objectives, timelines, budgets, and ROI tracking

· Secure booth space, negotiate sponsorships and speaking opportunities, and manage vendor and exhibitor agreements

· Coordinate the design and setup of booths, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding

· Collaborate with designers, contractors, and exhibit builders to create visually engaging displays

· Manage transportation, shipping, and on-site logistics for events, including setup, breakdown, labor, and troubleshooting

· Assist with planning and execution of the company’s annual client summit, including logistics, catering, budgeting, reservations, and app content

· Partner with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, giveaways, and marketing collateral for events

· Manage pre-show and post-show outreach, including email campaigns and lead follow-up coordination

· Track and analyze trade show performance, including leads generated, ROI, and attendee feedback

· Maintain trade show budgets and submit timely reports and expense documentation to accounting

· Enter and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up in collaboration with the sales team

· Train and prepare event staff, ensuring consistent messaging and professional brand representation

· Communicate travel and logistics to team members and serve as the primary point of contact for all trade show activities

· Organize and lead pre- and post-event meetings with the sales team, ensuring clear objectives and continuous improvement

· Support team members with reviewing and refining marketing and outreach communications

Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to travel up to 25% to attend conferences and trade shows as needed

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent customer service with a calm, solution-oriented approach

· Proven project management, organizational, and time management skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with attention to detail

· Creative and effective problem-solver

· Successful track record managing trade shows and conferences

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools

· Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), social media, and email marketing platforms

· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or similar roles; corporate experience preferred

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and proposal software is a plus
