Our client is currently seeking a Provider Services Associate to join their operations team and handle all incoming calls and inquiries and direct them responsibly. This is a full-time, contract to hire position.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Gather information and performs research in order to resolve customer issues regarding provider status, and member eligibility.
- Provide appropriate options for issue resolution.
- Process and handle withdrawals and other case changes as needed.
- Develop relationships with providers.
- Customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.
- Must be able to type 30WPM.
- Must be able to multitask efficiently.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
