Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in technology recruiting to join their organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment of candidates for various roles. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Hunt for candidates by creating and distributing job postings, and source for potential candidates online and on social media.
- Review resumes and decide which candidates are worth pursing further.
- Screen and interview candidates, as well as performing background and reference checking.
- Add all candidate’s personnel files to an ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule in house interviews to assess performance, and decide which candidates are best for open positions.
- Coordinate communications between candidates, external organizations, and internal customers as needed.
- Ensure all job candidates fill out the necessary paperwork to begin employment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to understand how to best attract qualified candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience working in recruiting is required.
- Prior professional experience in an IT/Tech environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills are needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Must be comfortable and familiar working with an ATS.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are needed.
- Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team required.
