Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Site Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversight of day-to-day construction activities for commercial projects.
• Draft and maintain project schedule, including coordination of inspections/ approvals.
• Oversee labor forces, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure project work is completed in compliance with all codes, laws, and industry standards.
• Read, interpret, and execute the vision of construction drawings/ specifications.
• Ensure a productive environment through daily site meetings.
• The identification and swift resolution of potential problems.

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial projects valued at a minimum of $5M.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience as a Commercial Site Superintendent.
• Ability to manage numerous project while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Advanced leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced experience with commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Preferred a candidate has OSHA certification.
