Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the development of partner network capacity.
• Build up upon current capacity limits.
• Oversee training and education programs.
• Management of existing and prospective partners.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Supervision and review of staff.
• Oversee and evaluate the impact of programs.
• Work in conjunction with various supervisors and division leads.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field. Alternatively, 3 plus years of proven leadership experience in a related field.
• Experience in program compliance.
• Must be highly organized with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite is required.
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
