Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee entirety of engineering project life cycle.
• Maintenance of project timelines and the tracking of project commitments.
• Identification and resolution of risks and bottlenecks.
• Escalation of risks to management as required.
• Coordination of engineering deliverables, handoffs between departments, and the general flow of information between departments.
• Draft and maintain project tracking systems.
• Ensure synergy of priority across project responsibilities.
• Oversight of daily engineering standups
• Oversee the standardization of workflows.
• Coordination and communication of engineering change orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a program manager in a manufacturing/ engineering environment.
• Must be technically proficient enough to operate in an electronic/hardware-driven environment.
• Experience with product release processing, engineering change controls, and coordination of testing.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to maintain and meet numerous deadlines.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
