Description:
Our client is currently seeking an HVAC Install Pre-Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems.
• Safely use hand and power tools for HVAC-related tasks.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job sites and company vehicles.
• Ensure the warehouse and parts area are properly stocked and organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock counts and updating records.
• Check in and store daily freight shipments.
• Stage parts, tools, and equipment for technicians to ensure job readiness.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist our HVAC team on job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC trade school education or coursework.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
