Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their team.  This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee inquiries and carry out various customer support responsibilities.
• Pursue new leads and business opportunities.
• Assist with parts sales across all product lines.
• Process quotes and orders.
• Assist with the development of recommended spare parts lists.
• Capture customer feedback on product performance and provide input to product development team.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or procurement.
• Previous inside sales experience preferred, ideally selling manufacturing or automotive parts products.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Can work independently or as a part of a team.
